The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a safe workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections, and audits.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
Deliver training sessions and awareness programs for employees.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

what you need to know

Profile:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
5 - 10 years experience in the field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
Professional certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred.
Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
