Our client is seeking to recruit a Helper to ensure the reception, storage, preparation, and shipment of kitchen items. The Helper will ensure proper stock management and compliance with safety standards in the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
Reception of Goods:
Verify the conformity of deliveries (quantity, quality, condition of products).
Unload and store items according to established procedures.
Fill out reception documents and record stock movements.
Stock Management:
Ensure the organization and optimization of product storage.
Regularly check stock levels and report shortages or anomalies.
Conduct periodic inventories.
Order Preparation:
Pick and pack items according to order forms.
Pack and label parcels.
Load products into containers.
Shipping and Delivery:
Verify delivery notes before shipment.
Ensure the loading of trucks while respecting safety rules.
Warehouse Maintenance and Safety:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
Report any malfunction or danger.
what you need to know
Profile:
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the furniture or home furnishings sector.
Knowledge of stock management rules.
Use of handling equipment (forklift, pallet truck).
Knowledge of warehouse safety standards.
Rigor and organization.
Team spirit.
Reactivity and autonomy.
Good physical condition (ability to lift heavy loads).
