Our client is seeking to recruit for the post of HR Officer who will report to the General Manager.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, including seasonal and event-based staff.
Handle employee queries and resolve day-to-day HR issues in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in organizing staffing for racing events, ensuring prope recoverage and shift planning.
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, salaries, deductions, and overtime payments.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for internal and external use.

Profiles:

Degree or diploma in Human Resources.
Previous experience in an HR role.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
