Our client in the distribution sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic Indoor Sales Cum Admin Clerk who will report to the Accountant and Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet visitors at the reception desk and over the phone.
Direct visitors appropriately and notify relevant staff of their arrival.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
Organize appointments on behalf of management.
Coordinate document dispatch with the Office Attendant.
Maintain continuity among team members by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Generate leads and proactively reach out to prospects.
Engage with customers and potential clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
what you need to know
Profile:
Higher School Certificate.
Degree in Sales / Marketing.
At least 1 year experience in a similar position.
Dynamic and customer-oriented.
Organized with strong communication skills.
Proficient in administrative tasks and sales coordination.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Team Player
Knowledge of accounting software (Sage Evolution).
