Our client in the distribution sector is seeking to recruit an Indoor Sales Cum Admin Clerk/Reception who will report to the Accountant and Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and serve visitors by greeting, in person or on the telephone, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
Answering or referring inquiries; notifying the appropriate staff of visitor's arrival.
Make appointments on behalf of Management.
Attending to incoming and going calls and taking messages.
Coordinate with the Office Attendant the despatch of documents.
Maintain continuity among team members by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
Develop sales strategies and setting up goals.
Generate leads and reaching out to prospects.
Contact customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person.
what you need to know
Profile:
Higher School Certificate.
Diploma in Sales / Marketing.
At least 1 year experience in a similar position.
Dynamic and customer-oriented.
Organized with strong communication skills.
Proficient in administrative tasks and sales coordination.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Team Player
Knowledge of accounting software (Sage Evolution).
