Our client in the management consultancy services is seeking to recruit a Junior Investment Data Operator who will report to the Investment Specialist & Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Input and reconcile banking transactions to maintain precise records.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit comprehensive reports for the Family Office, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
Account Monitoring:
Follow up on negative accounts, manage client transfers, and oversee management fees.
Client Support:
Address and track clients' requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Error Management:
Identify and correct errors promptly to maintain data integrity.
Documentation:
Write, submit, and file essential reports to support organisational transparency and efficiency.
what you need to know
Profile:
New University Graduates holding Diploma in Finance, Economics and Finance, Banking/ Degree Holder in Finance, Economics & Finance, Banking. No accounting degrees or ACCA.
Proficiency in Microsoft Tools.
Data entry and financial data management and reporting proficiency.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organisaton skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Candidates must be residing in the north (Triolet, Grand Baie, Grand Gaube, Goodlands, Fond du Sac etc..)
