Our client, a specialist in water treatment in Mauritius, is seeking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor who will report to the Maintenance Manager. The incumbent will provide technical support, validation of technical diagnostics, and quality control of maintenance interventions in order to ensure compliance and the quality of services delivered to clients.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support:
Provide technical support to technicians on complex interventions.
Validate technical diagnostics carried out on installations.
Assist the commercial teams (B2B and B2C) with technical aspects related to projects, contracts, or specific interventions.

Quality Control:
Monitor the quality of installations and completed interventions.
Ensure that work complies with company standards and technical requirements.
Conduct technical inspections of installations.

Technical Analysis:
Analyse recurring failures and propose improvement solutions.
Identify improvement areas to optimize the reliability of equipment and installations.
Participate in the continuous improvement of technical procedures.

Reporting:
Provide regular technical reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
Report anomalies, technical risks, and improvement opportunities.

Training:
Participate in the technical training of technicians.
Contribute to the development of the team's technical skills.
