Our client, a leading investment company is currently seeking to recruit a Personal Assitant to the Executive Director(s). The ideal candidate will provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Executive Director(s) and be ready to assume further responsibilities outside the original scope of PAs, especially payroll.
Responsibilities:
Dealing with phone and e-mail enquiries, appointment booking, etc.
Coordinating, preparing agendas/information for meetings.
Maintaining accurate and easily accessible up to date filing.
May be requested to manage payroll, including related queries.
Assisting in other tasks as usually assigned to PAs.
what you need to know
Profile:
Grade 6 as a minimum requirement.
Any other personal assistant diploma would be valuable.
Communication skills and ability to interact with others in a professional manner.
Attention to detail, with ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Flexible and pro-active approach to work, with ability to prioritise.
Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
IT skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Flexible.
Motivated.
Excellent writing skills both in English and French.
