Our Client, a subsidiary of a well-established group is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the execution of Softare Projects within the group.


Planning, directing & coordinating project activities to ensure that goals / objectives of projects are accomplished within time and budget.
Applying project management standards and best practices.
Assisting in the elaboration of ideas, feasibility study, initiative scoping, process mapping, requirements documentation, partner/domain expertise selection, planning, testing, project implementation and roll-out.
Engaging with vendors from RFP stage to implementation including organisation of proof of concept and pilot and contractual negotiations.
Ensuring proper coordination among the different internal and external stakeholders and facilitate interactions if required.
Assisting in the preparation of deliverables and/or coordinate efforts, monitor progress and shuffle resources to meet deadlines.
Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for assigned work.
Providing scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates.
Conducting project post mortems and creating a recommendations report for identification of successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Ensuring trainings and user group sessions are conducted as and when required.
Providing guidance and recommendations on decisions and trade-offs on projects to senior leadership.

what you need to know

Bachelor degree in IT and/or Management or relevant field.
Certificate in Project Management (PMI or Prince2).
At least 5 years’ proven experience in management of large scale technological and/or digital projects with testimonials of implementations.
Experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems will be an advantage.
Good experience in process mapping.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and information security domains.
