Our client in the medical sector is seeking to recruit a Purchasing & Procurement Officer.

Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments.
Track and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Conduct supplier performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
Prepare procurement reports and analyze purchasing data.

Profile:


Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
