Our client, a luxury ecotourism company, is seeking to recruit a Quote Administration Coordinator who will report to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
Monitor all active quotes in real-time using internal tools and trackers.
Identify internal or external blockers and either resolve or escalate as appropriate.
Liaise closely with Journey Guides and Journey Designers to minimise lag during handovers.
Ensure urgent or high-tier guest quotes are prioritised appropriately.
Maintain daily visibility on quotes nearing the 48-hour threshold.
Act as the go-to contact for quote status and flow queries.
Drive accountability across teams by surfacing delays and proposing solutions.
Contribute insights to SMIL leadership on quote performance trends.

HSC / Diploma.
Excellent coordination and follow-through.
Strong interpersonal communication, assertive yet collaborative.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
Calm under pressure, especially during high-quote-volume periods.
