Our client is seeking to recruit a Sales Representative / Executive who will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through product and service offerings.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for growth.
Monitor competitors' activities and provide insights to the management team.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
