Our client is seeking to recruit a dynamic Secretary who will report to the Director.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and managing correspondence.
Maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments.
Typing, preparing, and compiling reports and documentation.
Organizing and maintaining filing systems.
Coordinating and supporting meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Managing and updating databases.
Prioritizing tasks and managing workloads efficiently.
Implementing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures.
Liaising with internal departments, external organizations, suppliers, and clients.
Coordinating cross-functional tasks and activities across the organization.
Logging and processing invoices, bills, and expense claims.
Acting as a receptionist and welcoming clients and visitors.
Ensuring proper upkeep and maintenance of office facilities.

what you need to know

Profile:

HSC / Secretarial studies.
Bachelor degree.
At least 10 years' experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
PowerPoint skills will be an advantage.
Calm and diplomatic.
A valid driving license.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail.
