Responsibilities:
Handle confidential documents.
Respond to email and phone calls.
Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments.
Make travel arrangements.
Attend meetings and keep minutes.
Maintain fillings system for easy retrieval and safe-keeping of important documents.
Deal with suppliers (getting quotes, follow up).
what you need to know
Profile:
HSC with A level in English, French and Mathematics.
At least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Fluent in English and French both written and spoken.
Discreet, proactive and reliable.
