Our client in the property sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic Security and Patrol Officer who will report to the Guest Relation Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Proficient use of CCTV systems to monitor estate perimeters, identify irregularities, and report incidents to the Guest Relation Supervisor.
Perform regular patrols, ensure safety of residents and Estate properties, observe and report security/safety breaches.
Welcome and guide residents, owners and guests politely, handle queries, maintain professional conduct.
Always follow procedures.
Log incidents accurately and report them in a timely and confidential manner to the Guest Relation Supervisor.
Calm and effective response to emergencies or unexpected situations.
Respond quickly to emergencies.

Profile:
Experience in a similar posiiton would be an advantage.
Accurately monitors CCTV and surroundings, detects anomalies.
Provides courteous and attentive service to guests/residents.
Clearly communicates instructions and writes accurate reports.
De-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally.
Respond to emergencies with calm, effective action.
Working Conditions:
The role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and during extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical fitness to conduct patrols and respond to incidents.
The position demands vigilance, physical activity, and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
