Responsibilities:
Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Create business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Maintain and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
Analyze customer data and evaluate sales performance.
Monitor competitors’ activities, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities.
Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members.
Research and develop pricing and promotional strategies.
what you need to know
Profile:
Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related field.
Proven 5+ years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the distributive trade.
Knowledge of Professional/Retail market.
Valid driver’s manual license.
Product knowledge and sales process.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English and French.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently.
