Our client is seeking to recruit a Strategic & Finance Executive to support the Group's funding strategy and drive key financing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of the Group's strategic financing plans aligned with business growth objectives.
Assess funding requirements across the Group and identify suitable financing solutions and structures.
Coordinate and support the execution of financing transactions, including bilateral loans, syndicated facilities, and capital market transactions.
Prepare financing strategies for key projects, investments, and refinancing exercises.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, banks, financial institutions, legal advisers, and external partners throughout transaction processes.
Prepare transaction documentation, presentations, reports, and briefing notes for senior management and Board review.
Monitor financing transaction timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Assist in negotiating financing terms, conditions, and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, financing covenants, and Group policies while maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Identify transaction risks and support the implementation of appropriate mitigation measures.
what you need to know
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or any related field.
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent would be an advantage.
Minimum of 5- 7 years' experience in corporate finance, treasury, strategic financing, investment banking, or financial advisory roles.
Proven experience in financing transactions, funding structures, loan facilities, or capital raising activities.
Strong understanding of financial modelling, financing instruments, and corporate finance principles.
Experience dealing with banks, financial institutions, investors, and external advisers.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced and confidential environment.
Ability to work collaboratively across different business units and senior management levels.
