Thierry GODER

Internationally Certified Trainer, Registered Management Trainer with the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD) and Board Member of IMSA Network, Thierry has years of experience in recruitment. Having delivered a variety of training courses and workshops, including Leadership Development Programmes, Interview Skills, Performance Management System (PMS) Training, Coaching & Mentoring, he has been involved in recruitment assignments from Middle to Senior Executive levels, for Government bodies, International NGOs and private sector organisations, both locally and abroad. He has also supported various Ministries and Government Agencies as a Facilitator on Interview Panels, and conducted high-level recruitment for some multinational companies and leading firms in Mauritius and Africa, as well as some international HR consulting assignments.
